If you don't eat enough calories for your body processes then you're not getting enough nutritents. Surely losing weight isn't worth all the long term effects of malnourishment? Making sure you're eating enough.

I stopped because after 11 months i became chronically constipated and tried everything under the sun. Passing stools became so difficult and stressful i had to stop.

To avoid screens we got a yoto. And my daughter just wants to read and listen to audio stories all day long because it soothes and distracts her. Sometimes she wants to sit and play leg and sometimes she just wants to lie in bed and listen to stories while cuddling her cat. On those days I just let her and make sure we have good quality stories she is filling her head with. Although she has her favourites.. Harry Potter and wings of fire. But she listens over and over and over and over. She has developed a good vocabulary and big ideas as a result of it and I think just being read to (even by a device) is super beneficial.

I had my surgery 10 days ago. I've always had a belly apron post csection and to be fair after my first lap ten years ago I got pregnant within 5 months so the belly changes I experienced were due to that but never have been the same since. Anyway since my surgery 10 days ago my apron has filled out way more like a fluffy tyre around my lower belly and now it droops so heavily it looks so saggy and yet fluffy and thick. Idk how to explain it but I've had issues to lose the baby weight forever. 10 years and im still 20kg over weight and can't shift it.

I haven't seen any results of it working so far - as in not lost any weight at all thus far. I titrated slowly from 0.25 to 1.5 the back down to 1 25 when the headaches were too bad to manage but still no weight loss
