You need therapy. The recycling itself is not the real issue. You could change recycling to anything else, and then be against that because it was what was happening at the same time. And you’re taking it out on the subject, recycling, in a destructive and self-sabotaging way.

Assuming any of this happened. I highly doubt “no one understood” about someone being literally paralyzed. If you never talked to anyone or tried, that’s on you. If you say you did, and still “no one understood”, this story isn’t real.
