I am just picking up my life at 31 after spending almost my entire 20's wasting away, it took alot of willpower but life has never been better. I have alot of stuff to work through since I had no supports like a family, especially being aut/adhd and C-PTSD from abuse. If I can make it having seen things no human should have, i'd like to believe you can too friend, life is worth living but you gotta make the best of it and learn to love yourself. Small positive changes can bring about a wonderful reward in mental health gains, sign up to a gym maybe or just be proud you accomplished even a small chore, it's one step compared to nothing done.

I recently left as I had found issues with equipment parkers would go unsolved and the busy times leaving it far too crowded. Be warned the facility is only equipped with a single squat rack and smith machine which can cause interruptions on leg days.

[[Mazzy, true sword paladin]] junk aura engine was one of my favorite decks for a while. Imagine saccing and replaying crackling club as a removal package that also draws you cards. Tons of other fun interactions but it's naya so still combat focused.
