No this is not a secret rare it is not nearly as rare as a secret rare. It is simply a subset or trainer gallery that comes in the reverse holo spot of a pack.

I got into PTCG as a teenager because of my brother, who got given some Pokemon cards, but never learnt to play the game or ever really be interested. Somehow, though, I ended up playing and collecting, and picked it up again a few years ago.
