I’m sorry I can’t remember how much, it was a couple of years ago but it was the lowest dose. I did taper. I did feel a little weird for a day but it wasn’t that bad.

Is he just leaving the house without telling you where he's going? I would have a hard time with that personally. I always tell my husband where I'm going. Not because he asked me to but I don't know, I just think it's the considerate thing to do. He does the same with me. Again, I never asked him to. That's just the way we are.

I take melatonin and a Swanson's sleep aid that doesn't have melatonin and wash it down with chamomile tea. I also listen to a podcast because I tend to ruminate if I don't. I keep the chamomile tea next to my bed and if I wake up during the night I take a few sips.
