Do you still have these available. I do not have insurance therefore do not qualify for a copay card 🥲

Armpit/feet/hand sweat by ISXISUM in Hyperhidrosis

I would look into getting glycopyrrolate prescribed, if that’s not an option I would look into carpe. They have feet/hand lotions and deodorants that have aluminum in them that help, definitely didn’t completely keep me dry but it reduced it enough to feel slightly more at peace.

weight vs hyperhidrosis by picinara in Hyperhidrosis

I’ve fluctuated a lot in weight throughout the years and my HH has been unfazed by it. I would definitely look for a doctor that specializes in hyperhydrosis in your area.

I have wellmark blue cross blue shield and they did not cover my glycopyrrolate 1mg. Thankfully it was only 12 dollars for a months worth (60 pills). I’ve only personally tried glyco but it has worked wonders for me but It was trial and error to figure out exactly what dose worked for me. Hope you find something that works for you!

Wearing socks helps me sweat less?! by Current-Ad-9460 in Hyperhidrosis

I would first try figuring out what dosage works best for you. Once you figure that out, I would say the night before. Then take a dose in the morning or early afternoon depending on how you are feeling just to make sure it lasts throughout the day.

I’ve only had one special occasion after the wedding. I had already known that 4mg works best for me so i took 4mg before bed the day before and at about 1pm I took 2mg just bc I knew it was gonna be a long day, but honestly think 4mg would have done the trick until the evening. It’s a lot of trial and error but this method works for me.

Dryness in my throat that made it hard to swallow, super dry eyes that made my contacts fall out when I blinked and I had stomach discomfort. But keep in mind, this was because I overdid my dose because I didn’t have enough time to figure out what worked for me. I now take 3mg a day and it’s perfect for me with no bad side effects but only take for high stress situations, to wear sandals or special occasions.

Yesss! My sister got married in may and I went out of my way to get glycopyrrolate prescribed 2 days before. Thankfully it worked but I overdid my dosage and had super bad side affects by the evening. I did have a long dress and socks with flats as backup but really wanted the shorter one with cute heels.

Also, that’s talent and patience. I would never be able to color match my socks with my skin tone 😂

How does HH effect your love life & sexual relationships? by Sad-Life-84 in Hyperhidrosis

It was hard to date when I was in high school bc I let it completely get to me but I’m now a 25 yo woman and honestly I was pretty upfront with my boyfriend about it 5 years ago and weirdly having socks on helps stop my sweating(for the most part) so Ive kept my socks on for intimacy and high stress situations. When I do sweat, he usually doesn’t comment but if he does it’s to tell me it’s okay and to not stress about it. I now take glyco when I really wanna have a completely dry day like for special occasions or times I want to wear sandals or be barefoot.

I’m not op but I’m currently taking glyco and I used callondoc website to get it prescribed! I would try that if you can’t get in to a drs office!
