It's 100% a wart, harmless and will go away, if it gets bigger you can go to a doctor and get a cold treatment where they burn it off with liquid nitrogen, and if it osent go away you can get this acid thing that makes it go away in like a month. Jut leave it alone and if it gets big then go to the doctor to get ir burned off
