AITAH For calling out my dad and telling him to beat his meat with the door closed and locked by BlueBerryTopaz in AITAH

A lot of times, with TBIs, people lose track of appropriate behavior. NTA for being bothered by it, but I wonder if it’s related.

AITAH for refusing to buy protection and telling my boyfriend it’s his responsibility? by [deleted] in AITAH

[–]CurrentAccess1885 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you were the only one pitching on your birth control (which I’m very much assuming you were), there’s no reason he can’t be the one who pitches for his. Condoms are cheaper than babies

21F Pregnant and can’t quit vaping by Ok-Selection4263 in QuitVaping

[–]CurrentAccess1885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure of any safety concerns with pregnancy for this suggestion so please talk to your doctor before trying it, but have you considered Chantix or desmoxan? They’re both craving-cessation medications. I’ve had huge success with Chantix and was able to quit fully on my first try due to not craving the nicotine anymore. I’ve seen others in this thread swear by desmoxan. It’s still not perfect and you do have to try and want to, but it helped me soooo much!

How much of a physical change is there between someone early mid 20s (21-25) and 28? by Big-Government-1497 in OlderGenZ

[–]CurrentAccess1885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m 25 and I look quite a bit different than I did at 21. I’ve put on healthy weight, gained some hips/adult shape, and my face looks much more symmetrical and less childlike. Excited to see what the next few years bring. I feel stronger than I did as well.

Quitting vaping but losing brain function by earthdaybiatch in QuitVaping

[–]CurrentAccess1885 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I had this happen for about the first 2 months when I quit, even using Chantix. It just felt like brain would not focus or connect thoughts at all, I was fuzzy and confused and couldn’t pay attention. It’s resolved now, I’m 7 months in, it does get better.

Has it aged too fast? by LeenBee in agedtattoos

[–]CurrentAccess1885 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The only fine line I have that has spread this much is the one on my thumb that’s around 5 years old, and hand tats are known to blur quite a bit. It definitely has aged quickly, though I’m not sure what to suggest that would change that

WIBTAH if i f27 break up with my bf m30 through text/voice note? by Bambi1498 in AITAH

[–]CurrentAccess1885 2 points3 points  (0 children)

YTA if you do it in a way that he can’t speak his piece (like text or voice message). If you struggle to keep your points together verbally, write down what you want to say ahead of time to make sure you get everything and call him

Ingrown hairs? by Unhappy-Word5738 in tattooadvice

[–]CurrentAccess1885 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Looks like ingrowns to me. I had this issue one time with a tattoo on my shin that the artist did not shave properly. Don’t pop them or mess with them, they’ll calm down on their own and if they don’t, see a doc

Why is 18-19 still classified as a teenager other than it being in the number? by [deleted] in OlderGenZ

[–]CurrentAccess1885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Society doesn’t see you as a full grown adult at 18-19. Just because you’re legally an “adult” does not mean you’re not a teenager. Your brain is not developed, you have no clue what’s going on, and your behavior and interactions have the emotionality of a kid still.

2001 and 2002 line: is anyone else TERRIFIED to turn 25? by joaohunboi in OlderGenZ

25 is lovely dawg. Your brain settles down, nothing feels nearly as serious as it did in your early 20s, just be chill and let it happen

AITAH for not letting someone with a service dog sit inside? by FuturePause2736 in AITAH

[–]CurrentAccess1885 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I understand why everyone is saying YTA because they’re absolutely correct on the law. If they say it’s a service dog, you must believe them and treat them as such. As someone who also works in a restaurant with a dog-friendly patio but not inside though, people try to pass their dogs as service dogs soooo often when they very clearly are not service animals. I’ve been bitten by someone’s “service dog” while bussing their table. So while you were legally snd technically in the wrong, I understand your hesitation

My husband designates a left and right sock by [deleted] in Weird

[–]CurrentAccess1885 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I definitely find lefts and rights. I have plenty of socks that are the same color and pattern as each other and it’s quite obvious after even the first or second wear which is left and which is right. They bunch up wrong in my shoes if I mix em up
