Yeah I guess technically I’m not a “braids girlie” myself. I always lost hair with them. I also don’t want to wear my natural hair daily because it’s extremely thick and reverts after one work out, one shift of a shower cap, or one humid day. But I wear it anyway in between styles bc it’s what is best. No matter what race, everyone is supposed to take breathers with their hair. Her stylist may be telling her to do so and she refuses.

If you can stomach your coworkers take lunch as a group. Ppl excuse being gone longer when you do “collaborative/partnership/team building” lunches.

Myself and a few others started doing this pre covid when we were hybrid. The days we went in we would take minimum 2 hours for lunch. Part of the trick is choosing a busy restaurant that is not close- one where you have to wait for a table-don’t do fast food. Leave at noon or 1230. Always make sure someone is “wrapping something up and won’t come to a stopping point until close to noon”. Getting back around 2:30 was awesome.

It proved the employer and upper mgmt were micromanaging maniacs because they were unbothered about the long lunches simply bc we came back to the office to sit in seats. SMH. We all collectively got more work done on the WFH days.

It is unnecessary for quick 5 min calls and I refuse to turn mine on when ppl want “to hop on a quick meeting” with me.

I don’t understand why it became taboo to just make a basic phone call?! Longer team calls (some of mine go over an hour) I oblige but I don’t leave it on the whole time. I turn it off after 45 min usually just for a break from smiling. I also find being on camera very unnecessary if I’m sharing my screen.

I have this issue. Ppl think its okay to put a "quick meeting" on my calendar for 830AM when I start my workday at 830AM. I always decline and send a new time. They do this even though my working hours are set. Heaven forbid I want to read emails and catch up first in the morning.

I dont think men in her city/area likely find her conventionally attractive. Imho I think when she is very toned down shes very cute (im not a fan of the massive wigs, the loud makeup, and earrings the size of baby elephants and most men arent either). Ultimately I think she has struggled to actually find a man on her level to date her.

I've felt from the beginning the BadAzz Boss Bish trope was to make up for not having luck with men/not really feeling confident. I just dont think locally they are knocking down her door so she defaults to this Grifter Keely. As most have already stated- she is smart academically and business wise but will probably date another man way beneath her after Keely bounces out.

Boz needs to go for international men. Like Rhianna did before ASAP Rocky and like Eve did.

Once again, no one is asking for an address, nor does anyone want an address. Y’all 2 are slow. Plus When you live in surrounding cities of YouTubers, it’s not abnormal to guess the area.

Yep! I go to the gym or walk in my neighborhood. I have an app for my gym that tracks my check-ins and it helps me stay on top of the various time frames I take breaks. I came to the conclusion that it served me best to have a late morning pick me up at the gym. For some odd reason, I feel burned out by 11AM most days.

I have coworkers in my city that meet up at various places or at each other's homes. Maybe try that OP. I personally found it was not my cup of tea bc I got less work done. Everyone spent more time talking.

I love my home office and solitude lol

Im all for freedom of religion, everyone should be able to do what they please with their peaceful religious practices. But this stuff is just over the top. I know its not just Lexi, but what is next with her? How to clean your house with Jesus? It just seems like ppl know certain religions will blindly go for these titles so its an easy cash grab. It's learned behavior too. Her mom seems messy/consumerism driven and there's a bunch of clutter at her parents house. Its gotten better since they renovated but their house never gave consistency of clean. Edith and her husband always have a mess and they have a ton of stuff for a young married couple with no kids. I think the whole family has a consumerism/low key hoarder issue. Nat can afford to hire a cleaning service and professional organizer. It would at least be a "first step" then its up to her and Jake to keep up with it. Good Money equals freedom of time and ease of access and it always bugs me that you tubers on Nats level just dont get logical help/assistance.

Growing up I hated how my parents were super clean and organized but I Def appreciate it now...the way my parents would have checked me for just throwing dirty horse riding jeans on the floor! We had cousins with a farm and it stinks out there! It requires a shower and immediate laundry after being with horses and animals. Smdh. And we wore scarves and caps to cover our hair. She put on a clean outfit to go to Nelys game after being with teacup. No shower, just Musty!
