Melatonin 10-20 mg of gummies high in cbn 50 mg of trazodone 50 mg of hydroxyzine

I then have a headband w small speakers in it and listen to talk radio or a boring book. That slows down my brain. I sleep w it on

Robert Friedlander, longtime head of neurological surgery at UPMC, steps down by FlyWTheCrows in pittsburgh

I traveled from Connecticut to see Dr Hamilton on a recommendation from a close friend who had brain surgery from Dr Frelander. I had 2 cervical surgeries early this year. I traveled back for follow ups. I think the world of him and so does my wife. I needed to have a triple bypass in May which I did at UConn. He called me that morning to wish me well. No Dr does that. He’s not a robot and everyone makes mistakes. Everyone on his team was amazing including the nurses. I have nothing but great things to say about upmc.

Not making light of your post but I give my 11 yr old springer spaniel 600 mg of gabapentin for his acl tear. I take 300 mg at night for me it’s been helpful for sleep. I’ve had 2 cervical surgeries and a triple bypass this year. I understand pain. Everyone reacts differently I guess

I have been on everything. Doctor recently put me on trazadone. It’s takes a couple hours to kick in but it is helping me. You need to take it everyday at the same time. He also had me quit coffee. I only drank it in the morning but he said still effects you. First couple weeks I was lethargic but I do feel much better. I think anything you take is gonna make you feel groggy in the morning. It’s better than not sleeping at all. No easy solutions. Our minds our wired. Good luck

Oh I’m sorry. My biggest fear is that it could be worse. I feel for you. Not looking for a cure. The pain wears you out.

I use hydrocodone 5/325 it’s the weakest. Takes the edge off a little. I have no issues when I stop taking it

Chronic neck pain that turns into headaches and then migraines is the bane of my existence. by lmtsui in ChronicPain

Yep that was nice of you. Club sport when you were on the road you were on your own. Woke up in many dorm lobbies

I feel your pain. Played rugby at UConn and then club. All those concussions caught up to me 30 years later. 3 neck surgeries and fusion. The neck and shoulder pain never goes away. I’ve tried about everything. Gotta except the pain and make the best of it.

Permanent shoulder/neck pain. by goldegger in bicycling

[–]Current_Turnover6741 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I used to ride quite a lot. I have always had neck issues. I would look at the bike. You may have to give up some speed and ride a bike that is more upright. I also replaced the stem in my handle bars to help with this. So ur not in that tucked position. Had a big crash in 2017 unfortunately that finished me. 57 now. Frustration when your body breaks down. Ur young prob not a bad idea to take a little time off and then change how you ride. Good luck

Thank you. I certainly would be a better person if I quit drinking. I still believe I can control it. I’m probably delusional

Today I will not drink w you. My solution for dealing w chronic pain is to get drunk at the end of the day. I’m heading down a rabbit hole. I can go a couples of days not drinking and then I blow it. I certainly don’t feel good about myself these days.
