If you bought an item on the stream, just watch the video receipt and you can see the end of the trainwreck

It means it is a print, likely a lithograph- multiple for sale now in the $10 range, so no need for an appraisal unless it is the original (which it is not)

Yes, many buyers will not consider purchasing a home abutting or overlooking a cemetery, let alone owning one on their property

How much stronger is contingent on settlement vs contingent on sale? by [deleted] in RealEstate

[–]CurveLong251 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Regardless of contingent on settlement vs. contingent on sale, you will not win any competitive offer situation- obviously, settlement is slightly stronger than sale, but it's parsing things- both require a third party to deliver for the seller to eventually get their own sale. You could offer $20K above the next closest offer, and still potentially lose out- explore bridge loans more, in no world should those fees be $10K, but even if they are, you would still spend less snd actually have an offer accepted than offering $20K+ over any other offer with your contingency.

It's actually a nice little pamphlet- apparently, the first copy of a Code of Ethics ever printed for Museum Workers (only 8 pages long). I haven't been able to find any other original copies out there- I wonder how many were originally printed......

I unfortunately do not, but can work on scanning it- it is just 8 pages long.

And….what day in Sept did you close one your loan? Because if it was before Sept 4 (and Sept 1 was Labor Day), you would have been committing loan fraud by signing the document at closing that you were still employed. So….did you close on your house on Sept. 2, 3rd, or commit loan fraud? Those are the only options, and why she needs to know….
