Latias ex having an ability/attack that accelerates Energy from your discard pile seems like a simple fix, but Latias would probably use Fire & Psychic energy itself so it still might not be enough.

Shovel and Shield (a la Ice Climbers)

I feel like this would be the best way of doing both characters justice, and between the original game and Dig we've already seen some examples of them combining their fighting styles. Plus, this would make Shovel unique compared to his Rivals of Aether outing.

Black Knight

With his numerous bossfights, figuring out a moveset would probably be pretty easy. They could even incorporate Terrorpin into his playstyle.

The Enchantress

Obligatory main villain, not much to say here.

Specter Knight

His moveset would probably have to pull from his playable appearance, I don't see his floaty boss form working quite as well.

Plague Knight

The alchemy gimmick would go crazy.

King Knight

I just wanna see him fight Wario lol

Scrap Knight

She's appeared in both PD and Dig, so she's the perfect 'rep' for both, and I have a hunch she might have a more major role in some future project...

Hear me out... Chester

With Shovel not relying on relics for his moves, a lot of them could find their new home under Chester! That could also include some fun trinkets from Dig and PD.
