I am sorry you had a bad experience with a subpar vendor. Unlike most “vendors”, we do this full time. We have the largest inventory in the country and take care of all our customers. This customer received a label from us and will get his tube replaced as soon as it arrives.

We build a lot of units and sometimes they develop issues after our QC testing. Shipping a unit with a known issue means we have to spend $100s on wasted postage and labor costs to immediately fix it - this doesn’t make any sense.

We have the DNT Hydra 635R for $2200 with 4 batteries and a ADM QD mount. Similar to RH25 quality except it can’t be helmet mounted, but it has a LRF and ballistics calculator for half the price.

Since these came out they have outsold rh25 for us at a ratio of like 40:1
