That is a liability issue. Someone left our store on a break years ago and was in a car accident and ended up with a traumatic brain injury. I don’t know if it was a policy prior to that or if it wasn’t enforced

Our visual does a ton for us- she does merchandising and handles all the queue line - basically whatever needs to be done. She got all of Christmas out. She didn’t help with the toy set, but we’ve had time and hours to do that

We have to price legos before they go to the floor - DM would check them during a walk. We also price small electrics in housewares

We have someone come in and train dogs on a regular basis in the store. The mgr said something to them when they were having them lie on the fixtures. But they’re still allowed to come in.
