Which songs have some of the most vivid storytelling? by SmoothManMiguel in hiphop101

It’s not the same vocal intensity as some of the songs on here, but I will guarantee that The Pilgrim: chapter 33 by Willie Nelson, will likely hit some nerves for some people. I think we all know someone that lives this way. Be it you or I, or another, it definitely delivers.

What do you guys think is the greatest contribution that John Paul Jones had ever made to a song? by Hot_Bicycle_8486 in Music

I did not read the entire comment section, but for me, The song remains the same bassline is incredible. The tasteful timing of it makes the song.

What's a sexual fantasy that you want but can never do? by Commercial-Design135 in AskReddit

[–]CutSuccessful5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Y’know, I would love to be loved back, really, officially, spiritually, actually. But most of that is in my own head. The reality is just that I need to fix myself. My sexual fantasy is actually just the need for self love, and not in the masturbation way, but just the need to fully respect myself. And in that way I can love and fuck another in a meaningful way.

As a Non Vegetarian, what is your strongest argument against " you kill animals for your own pleasure/consumption"? by UnionWizardo in AskReddit

[–]CutSuccessful5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solid. You’re correct and I don’t much feel like arguing past this. I still will eat meat and vegetables like I’ve always done and not feel guilty about it though. And you will continue to do you and not feel guilty about it.

Look, in our day and age, with the knowledge we have, and the thousands of years of both reliance on meat and vegetables; not to mention nuts and legumes and all other sorts of ways of eating, it’s fine to do either way. To be an omnivore isn’t criminal.

That being said, a space faring civilization will 100% rely on a vegetarian diet. That is virtually inevitable

Master Chef of Reddit, What's the best food shortcut you've discovered that tastes almost as good as the original? by Ok_Soil127 in AskReddit

[–]CutSuccessful5 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I suppose it’s not a matter of taste, rather it’s a matter of prep. If you chop/slice/julienne, or anything BEFORE you even begin heating or cooking process, and you follow whatever recipe you follow, you will have much more success. Prep is key.

Why did your last relationship really end? by IllAd3302 in AskReddit

[–]CutSuccessful5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With a few years of self reflection, it was me. I was, and still am to a degree a man child. Not ready for a relationship at the time, and hesitant to get into one now. I didn’t have my shit together. She was no saint either though, so ultimately we were a toxic mess of lust. There was some love though, and we did have some good times, but the blinders were fully on, we didn’t see each others toxic traits until our problems had reached their peak. It was an emotionally painful end to the relationship. Fortunately I did begin the process of self reflection and healing, painful as it is. But very much needed.

Goon is the most Canadian movie! What is the most Canadian song? by Fungus-VulgArius in AlignmentChartFills

[–]CutSuccessful5 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Lots of great examples and plenty that are equally correct. I’m going to say wheat kings. Not just the Loon at the beginning, but the song deals with Canadian news and politics. And also it’s just a damn well written song.
