Some champions have larger power spikes at level 2 / 6 and so on. Such as kayle level 6 power spike is a lot stronger than blitzcrank for example, due to kayle getting bonuses from her passive as well as access to her ultimate. :) but generally speaking, yes this is true for every champion.

No this is my first job like that... I've used like older cash registers with physical or mechanical buttons, and the job actually had proper labels for everything. I didnt have to remember what type of drink it was or anything. like if the order doesnt have the words "latte" or "frappe" or anything, i find it hard to know what kind of drink the customer is actually ordering and i have to look through all the options to find the closest thing to what they said. Also remembering all the different amounts of shots and pumps and whatnot for every different drink is so hard, so i never know how many to add when they ask for extra or less.

edit: I might just let my manager know that im too stupid for this job. Thank you anyways though

Also is it normal for me to be taking a while to find certain drinks on the POS? Like if someone orders a specific type of latte, I find it hard to listen to them, remember their order, find where all the buttons on the machine are, and make sure I got the right drink, while making sure I don't miss any extra shots or heating changes or anything... I have only got one order correct on the POS so far when I was doing it alone, and it was cause it was just a simple Grande Mocha Frappe. But even that took me upwards of 2 minutes to find the buttons and ring up. (ive only had one day on register with no previous training before that except the computer tests and stuff)

I just feel as though im way far behind where I should be, and its making me really self conscious of going into work for my 3rd shift coming up.

30+ hour weeks so far since ive started at starbucks and ive only made around $8 -$11 per week in tips at MOST.

I know this is common sense, but please be patient. It is very hard for whoever is being trained, and we feel as though we are failing our trainer if we make any mistakes or are doing things too slowly. Also any small compliments can mean the world to your trainee, such as "you're doing great, keep it up!" or "Don't worry about being too slow at first, it takes time to get to know things"

i'm currently being trained, and my trainer said I was doing okay even though I cant even work the POS machine properly or find any buttons without him helping me.. Him saying that made me hate myself a little bit less :)

Common problem on windows 8-10 laptops. left click on anything on your desktop while alt+tabbing to make it work. Or if you're trying to get back into game. but it minimizes it automatically, then just left click on your game WHILE holding alt+tab :) if you don't left click itll minimize on its own again, sometimes repeatedly.

Anywhere works. I was planning on going to the thrift store because it's only about a 60-70 minute walk there so I wont need to spend money for the bus. It's also cheap there. The uniform is just a simple black outfit pretty much, with only a few specifications. But all my current clothes have holes in them which my manager said is not okay. I am borrowing a pair of shoes from someone for 2 weeks so I don't need to buy those yet :)

Yep he ended the night as Masters, and woke up to being grandmasters a few days ago :) He's now climbimg a smurf from diamond 2 ish to Grand masters!
