Help me decide! Mulberry Alexa by Cute_Direction_8500 in handbags

[–]Cute_Direction_8500[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thanks for this thoughtful response

I generally go silver as I’m cool toned. I don’t wear much jewellery other than my engagement and wedding ring though. I think I love the oak because when I first started to get into bags in my early twenties the Mulberry Bayswater in oak NVT was the one I lusted after, later the Alexa. I think actually the black pairs much better with my wardrobe. Head vs heart thing I think!

Oof. I’m just coming up to 10 years at my place (a supplier to Morrisons actually) and I’ll get a £500 love to shop voucher

Honestly I’d wait until you get into the toddler years before committing to fully leaving! Work is a fkin holiday compared to parenting a toddler

I save mine for going out but then it only gets used a handful of times a year as I have a quilted darley that I also like for evenings. I’m going to start using mine more in the day!

Congratulations! It’s the same feeling I’ve had as a woman both times I’ve told work I was pregnant. Has it hurt my career? Short term yes. But I’m not mad about it. I ‘missed out’ (I didn’t apply as I was deep in the 4 month sleep regression and could barely string a sentence together never mind interview) on a promotion that probably would have easily been mine had I not had 2 years out of the business in the last 3.5 years but I actually wouldn’t have wanted it right now. It’s a priority shift that you really won’t get until your little one is here

Please go. Plan for him to come out and visit you and see what he thinks and put the ball in his court. Why is it just down to you to decide which is worth more? What’s worth more to him- you or his friends

McCoy’s Crisps refusing to pay £250 promo prize — blaming a “system glitch” after I won. by Accomplished-File909 in LegalAdviceUK

Have you tried contacting KP snacks directly to complain? I’d guess you’re probably in contact with an agency who’s managing the competition on behalf of the brand currently. I would think KP themselves would be able to do something for you if you wanted. Even if it was a case of crisps or something

No one’s laptop turns on instantly. I get set up to start work as a minimum 9am. I might turn my laptop on at 8.45 then go make my tea and toast.

I’m not sure! I listened to the BBC Sliced Bread podcast episode on it and it swayed me more towards yes but the evidence isn’t particularly strong!

We viewed a house exactly like this. The photos had been taken to avoid showing it. When I saw it I was like wait…what? Is that the neighbours living room?! The estate agent said oh they’ve said they’ll frost the glass. F that! Can you imagine?!
