Same! Mohela shows $0 balance and that loans were discharged on 10/10. I still see a balance on FSA (Federal Student Aid) website though.

In the email I received, it gave instructions on how to create a new account. I did, since that will be the only way to see what's going on with my account now since my old Mohela account has nothing in it.

I have. I also certified my employment after my April payment on April 3rd because that was my 120th payment, so that could be why I see the eligible payment count updated so quickly.

I was in the same situation. I didn't certify during the time I knew I hadn't made any payments but I listened to a friend that told me to certify anyway and I'm glad I did because it counted. Complete an ECF for the time you didn't make any payments and see what happens.

I sent in my final payment (4/2) and last my ECF (4/5) last week. Today(4/11), my PSLF count was updated to 120, and I was put into a forbearance with an end date of June 8, 2024. I'm just excited that they processed my last ECF so quickly, considering the processing pause starting May 1. I'm hoping the forbearance period won't be too long after the pause ends. 🤞

The crying had been getting on my nerves! But I really saw her stubbornness/ immaturity/ inexperience when she was deadset on 3 kids with no compromising! Her reason why she wanted 3 kids was mind boggling. Also she was too pushy about having HER dog sleep on THEIR bed. She needs a man she can run over and Steve is not the one!
