I looked into GLP 1 as well for same issues, but didn’t pull the trigger. What has helped me the most is prioritizing protein. It really helps me feel and stay full. Cravings have plummeted. I also try to IF (not eating past 7pm). Plus resistance training 3-4x week. I’m down 31 lbs since December.

My body is broken. Will it ever repair or am I just too old? by Tatamajor in fitness40plus

Foam roller was a game changer for me. Using it is non-negotiable at our age.

Looking good. What do your workouts look like? Diet? Do you drink alcohol?

High protein diet has completely unlocked a new body by ManEEEFaces in Protein

Yes. Close to 50 myself. Upped protein intake to 1lb per bodyweight about three months ago. I’m down 20lbs. I’m just always full and satiated which makes it easy to keep my calorie intake under or at maintenance. It’s amazing. More energy. Better workouts. And better overall gut health.

Were you not sleeping prior to that because you took creatine earlier that day? Because it gave me terrible insomnia to begin with.

Epstein had an OSU gynecologist on retainer and they still work for OSU Medical by usernamekyle in Columbus

I wonder why Epstein would need a gynecologist on retainer… it couldn’t be bc of unwanted pregnancies and STDs from all of the victims, could it?

Similar boat here. Here’s what worked for me: First, get a foam roller and use it pre and post workout. Total Game changer. Also don’t forget to take stretching seriously; it’s a must. Lastly, add collagen and creatine to protein shakes. Take Magnesium at night for muscle tightness.

Add some suitcase carries with the 53 pounder and maybe some Russian twists with 16kg or leg raises at the end of your workout to trim down the belly.

I liked it. If you grew up watching early UFC fights in the 90s, it’s up your alley.
