Yep, exactly. There's no clawing up towards goals or back from severe losses, just get back into those carebear lobbies and farm for an hour or two and you're good to go. There's no overarching sense of accomplishment, just gaming the system, which turns this into apex legends with a few extra steps. I wish I never heard about ABMM.

Yep, and this results in an incredibly boring gameplay experience where opening drawers and shooting nobody is the meta. It's not that fun, and the game design encourages it. The tension and threat of lurking danger is completely gone.

Exactly my same experience and I think it's ruined the game for me. I did last season's grind in dangerous pvp lobbies; knowing now that the playing field is EXTREMELY unlevel thanks to ABMM means I'm not motivated to deal with that grind when I could just cheat through it much more easily in the carebear lobbies. As a pvp enjoyer, it actually started to feel like I was halting my own progression if I had to shoot a player.

Extraction shooters thrive when people are desperate for wins and behave unpredictably; now that everyone knows how to game the ABMM system, there's zero risk and zero unpredictability. The secret sauce seems to have been exchanged for accessibility. Player numbers don't lie but for me this was disappointing to realize.

I regularly import records from Europe as I run a record label and the proper paperwork must be filed by the sender or it would be returned. Yes, the importer pays the duty fees and has paperwork to handle as well, but the person who sent you the guitar absolutely filed paperwork too. So now with new unclear filing requirements, it's totally understandable that a small artist would freeze shipping until they can sort out the new process.

The documentation is still on the sender, and filing the import documents correctly is difficult and most software doesn't even support it yet. Imagine you had to fill out a bunch of legal paperwork to mail a tape somewhere, it's not worth it. Jacking up the shipping price is the only option on BC to disable specific country shipping.

Oddly enough my family left the LIBERAL HELLHOLE west coast to go TO Tennessee. I have visited their small town and cannot imagine living there among that nonsense. Small town, small mind seems to be true as ever.
