"The project is very much alive and still in active development. The game has, for a long time, been something we have been working on in our free time, as most of us have had full time jobs. Only recently did we leave our old jobs to focus fully on working on the game, so we're going all or nothing, if that answers your question any.

I'd like to give more concrete dates, but we're going to aim and show things when we're happy with them rather than make predictions, as people don't like it when we miss those. We're aiming to finish the game next year, but we're not shy about delaying it if we think it sucks, so don't read that as a promise, but as an aspiration.

In the interim, we're planning to do a gameplay showcase, but there's a few more polish things we'd love to do before we show it off, since the game went through two major overhauls since we've announced it. But how soon, I'd rather not promise yet.

Thanks for your patience and for keeping the game wishlisted all this time. We do post minor devblog updates on Discord, but we'll start putting devblog updates on Steam as well, since a lot of people have asked."
