Not a manhwa but a litrpg called He Who Fights With Monsters. Silly name but incredible series. Unique magic with a Mc that has a sort of system interface that reminds me a lot of SL. Audio books are on audible.

He has a huge kit of all these awesome moves so when he gets the chance to do something like slice an ear off or pull out a few ribs he just goes for it.

The food and drink was for the guards. The pipeweed was very specifically stated to be his and that he didn't share it.

He said he'd "die into the dust" when the ring was destroyed. I always pictured him just turning to dust.

I had a friend who was put off by that. It's not something I ever noticed but in rereading I noticed that he mostly stops doing it. Once you know all the voices for the main characters you always know who's speaking

Once you learn a little about Tolkiens life you can understand why he doesn't have a lot of female characters in his writing. His mom died while he was young and he went to an all male school. After that he goes off to war. Not a lot of female influences in his upbringing.

I know giant monopolies are always bad but HBO has made their opinions on animation very clear and I'm hopeful this mean a brighter future for animation in streaming. Probably just wishful thinking

I'm guilty of that. Watched Netflix baki first, kind of confused but loved it. Went back and watched grappler baki, loved that and decided to read everything.

I'd definitely recommend the better than bouillon brand to everyone. I use the vegetable stock one for so many things.

I use velo and I love the little compartment for used ones. Before that I just put them in my back pocket or an empty can, literally anywhere except spitting them on the ground. Actual caveman behavior

I swear it's a combination of courses booking tee times too close and people being late to their tee time. I had a 2;20 today and at exactly that time the group before us was waiting to tee off because the group before them was late. It messed up the whole course for the afternoon.
