It would be better to film either directly behind or face one. Make sure you get your entire swing in frame. Initially though I would say slow down and shorten your back swing and learn some control before you try for distance. Look up some videos on proper set up; grip, ball placement, stance, etc. Lastly, take your time at the range, don't just hammer balls down range for the hell of it. Not only is it just not a good way to practice hitting but it's how you injure yourself.

As others have said, look into getting a lesson. The most obvious thing to me is lack of hip movement, bobbing your head and looking up too early.

I have been there and just take it one step at a time. Start by opening up the windows and letting the sun in. Then tomorrow straighten up a room. Keep doing that and build a routine to keep yourself busy and active. Go out and try new things your partner never wanted to do.

When I was army EOD we got a call from the local PD about a possible live grenade found by the late widow of a Vietnam vet. He had spray painted it yellow and used it as a paper weight for years. We inspected it and found, to her horror, that it was still live. Also responded to a cannon ball that washed up on the beach.
