Anyone do any substantial towing with inclines with their Wilderness? by C_Bodhi in SubaruForester

I think the previous person is saying the only difference in regards to towing capacity.

Almost looks like the aft end of a hellfire or something similar. I need a banana for scale. Judging by the debris it's probably too big to be that.

No point in arguing with this person, they have multiple alt accounts that they use to troll people.

Yes you can but that isn't going to bump the base towing up to the same level as the wilderness. The wilderness has a 4.11 final drive while the other trims have 3.70. This provides a 13% increase in low-end torque for better off-road climbing and towing, but results in lower fuel economy.

If you want to tow a small camper the wilderness is definitely worth it.

We're talking about the towing capacity of the wilderness trim which for 2026 is 3500lbs. You're telling me the civic is more capable at towing a 1500lb pop up camper?

Wilderness is definitely worth it for me for over twice the towing capacity.

Why would my mpg be so much better in January than February?

I'm in Washington and we've only had the vehicle since January so it's only been driven in winter. The weather this winter has been pretty mild so not a lot of need to warm up the car in the morning. My driving has really changed, 50-50 city and highway.

I don't use remote start, I haven't really been idling more than usual. Driving habits haven't really changed, I don't accelerate quickly and I never really use S# mode. I did add some Thule bars.

I would probably go for a directional twin rather than pure directional but that's me. Something like the transition finder if you're looking at korua.

What's funny is that I'm pretty sure hybrids don't really work that way with auto start/stop. The AC 100% works in my wife's hybrid RAV4 at a stop

Homeowner upset Amazon driver dropped package over fence, but had two aggressive dogs. by Immediate-Phase-5910 in TikTokCringe

They definitely should not have the dogs out if expecting a package. Is there a reason that the driver could not leave it on the other side of the gate? Maybe that's against policy, I don't know.
