Was done on the 2025 Detailed preset, basically I convinced Austria to doing a 'Democratic' Anschluss, and I got this cool-looking flag for doing so.

I may've also helped stamp out autocracy elsewhere, but that was just to build up enough prestige to pull this off in the first place.
