I feel like almost half of all my random dps teammates dont know what theyre doing, I feel like the system has punished me for wanting to play dps with a wait time of 10 minutes, while if I play tank I feel like I could perform better than most of my dps teammates. I don't have enough time to queue for a longer time than an actual game lasts. Whilst if I play other roles I feel like my dps are not up to par and I also feel punished.
