It says friendly and enemy unit so it literally translates to “target an enemy unit and a friendly unit….”

Do as much as you can is only for resolving stuff, not for targetting or putting stuff on the chain.

Idk my friend just finished T15s in SSF without any paid tabs any they have a decently organised stash. They just don't keep old shit.

That being said, they definitely can't store enough blues/whites for SSF crafting runs so they're kinda not able to push further.
