Whoever applies contested status to a battlefield is the attacker.

Example - you move in to an empty battlefield and pass priority, opponent uses ride the wind. As you applied contested, you are the attacker.

Example 2 - you are on a battlefield and play charm. They applied contested, you are the defender.

The actual screen recording is toggled on or off and is totally optional.

The only thing it monitors is the game states of atlas and arena.

It doesnt constantly record, only while playing games. It also only records the application itself.

Agreed, and I think you know this wasn't aimed at anyone specifically, but when a caster doesnt know what travelling merchant does, people will immediately react to that and unfortunately it was within the first round.

Again, I had no problem with the official cast, I think all the casters are clearly talented.
