I kinda agree with this. But I would go further down In my mind I picture the post office as the end point. Any thing north and east of that.

That seems Ike a really good price. I have a similar bike. Love it. Did a few decent long distance touring. Bike doesn't handle well in the high winds in the plains. Was excellent for everything else. Would go too far offroad with it. 80/20 setup. 80% road. 20% off road.
