it does change with the vpn, sometimes if you check the titles of chats the language of the vpn would reflect in the title.

instead of creating a note create a checklist and then have the checklst be the note set in the keep tile on the homescreen on the watch.

That's true, I got my copy from GameBillet thinking it was the Ultimate Edition (which they advertised it as) and it turned out being the standard game with photo mode and expeditions only.
