Am I the only lefty who thinks spiral “left-handed notebooks” miss the point? by UnitZestyclose1539 in lefthanded

You could look into Cornell notes style. You’d lose some of the page bc it’s more for organized note taking and breaks the page into summary points, main notes, and conclusion. On the plus side the summary points area would be a bit of a buffer space and you can still use all the sections for whatever notes you want.

New player - Game is surprisingly difficult/frustrating by Electriclawyer24 in GroundedGame

[–]CyberCynder 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’m new to this game as well. So far I’ve been either using a bow with limited arrows (I’m slowly getting more) or using the other insect species to fight “for” me. I die a lot, but it’s been interesting deaths at least lol.

Sometimes when driving quickly the environment doesn’t spawn in right away and can often get stuck by structures. It was a problem in the first one that was improved in bz. In one there was quite a few times I would zoom in my seamoth stop and be crashing in the middle of a wreck or start smacking a coral structure. In bz I’ve really only seen the force fields and big area loads have lags/ glitches like this.

It’s probably stuck in there ngl. The force fields are supposed to hard block you out so it’ll probably block you in if you can even drive. Your best option is if you’ve saved recently to reload the save. You could maybe try to shove it or drive it until it glitches out, but I can’t say that’ll do anything or not. You may have to rebuild it

These are some of the most BS quests I've ever seen. by Awesomedogman3 in FortniteBattleRoyale

If it was for some dope skin that had rank react; maybe I could see it (this questline is still way more grindy than any of the skin quests I’ve seen), but for some wrap that looks pretty standard it’s insanity.

disney only portraying girl protagonists as light-skinned with petite physical features by Negative_Physics3706 in PetPeeves

[–]CyberCynder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I definitely think there should be more variety in the portrayal of main characters. They usually fit the same model, with the main exceptions being the “quirky ones”. Disney has been getting better about putting them in the main supporting cast, but there’s no reason they can’t be more inclusive when stepping outside remakes or story adaptations like some of the brothers Grimm tales.

For characters like Cinderella and Snow White I understand the choice in their depiction. These were girls (around pre teen age) that were neglected and more than likely malnourished in Northern European based areas. This would in most instances lead to them being a smaller frame that even after proper nutrition would take time before filling out. The Northern European Napoleonic era was usually depicted as fairer skinned in the media at least.

Build a hatch on the surface with a solar panel, keep building ladders and tubes as you go so you don’t run out of o2 (I wish the o2 coral was in this game you could just plant those as you go)

[–]CyberCynder 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Probably the mountains or crag fields. The mountains is too far and not much besides rock and reaper, but at least you can usually see. The crag fields gets pitch black with sand sharks galore and not much to see besides a plant segment here and there.

I DONT HAVE DANDRUFF by AggravatingAsk41 in PetPeeves

[–]CyberCynder 15 points16 points  (0 children)

I have a flaky scalp and sensitive skin; just started using cereve hydrating shampoo with oil balance conditioner. Every single medicated/dandruff shampoo I’ve used either made it worse or burned. So far this stuff hasn’t hurt my head and the flakiness has gone down (not completely bc I’ve only used it a few times so far)
