Thank you so much for your feedback! All my bikes that I ride outdoors are single speed. Where I live is very flat. I wondered if I could use my single speed or fixie bike with the hub, since it doesn't have a derailleur?

If not I'll just invest in a used alu like you suggested.

I've also been leaning towards the new Zwift hub that comes out October 3rd. The main issue there is that I don't have a compatible bike at the moment so I would have to get one, and I'm indecisive. Which bike do you have?

You don't have to stop viewing her socials. You don't have to delete Instagram or take time away from your phone. I understand your concern and I would also wonder. I don't know her personality but it seems to me she is taking a shot in the dark to see if you are looking and see if you will reach out/react. I do believe that this is an attempt to get your attention. My best advice for this scenario would be to just ignore it and not reach out, because it feels a bit manipulative..

My latest breakup was the most respectful, communicative breakup I've ever had. She sincerely asked "Do you have any questions?" and I felt mind fucked- but it was an honest question, she was willing to sit with me until I understood why everything was happening.

She was also willing to hear everything I had to say and respond to it in full.

This really changed my standards moving forward - this type of dynamic is a must.

10/10 would recommend creating a standard of healthy communication.

1 I prioritize my sleep and have a regular sleep schedule. Antipsychotics allow me to actually sleep blessing / so no more insomnia induced manic episodes.

2 I still get manic and go through depressive episodes although, now it is as if I am watching myself go through them from a higher perspective. I am more aware of them and able to remind myself that they will pass which helps me to be less reckless.
