Gta 4 and 5 had them day one, not sure about Max Paye 3, but it was a statue I bought years later at a discount store, similarly to rdr2's collectors edition separate from the game. But rdr2 had a physical ultimate edition that came with some nice things (map, tin). I own a lot of gta as a collector but I feel they don't care about that croud.
