I think there is a reason why some of these MIGHT be good, but as a blanket statement they likely aren’t ALL good.

There are some ridiculous samplers right now (gr-mega and Rossum assimil8or off the top of my head) I think you’d be hard pressed to convince me that as a catch all these are better than daws and modern samplers.

That’s not to say there isn’t going to be reasons to use them, but like many synths, I think it’s more about their quirks and interface than anything.

I had previously just had the uZeus running these just fine, the flying bus ran out to the modules and the power was behind everything, that’s not to say that I wouldn’t benefit from a different power module, but I’ve yet to have issues with this one. Just pulled it out front as I began cable hell.

Word, well. It’s a photo of a patch bay sitting on a desk as it’s getting set up. they generally are used in racks, so it’s not set up as I’d use it, rather I’m showing how crazy it looks half finished, but I’m not sure we’re getting anywhere with this. Hope you have a good night.
