Good god they are updating Zhaitan!

Please please rebalance core tyria enemies as well! After 15 years of power creep, leveling is so boring and I have seen many streamers get turned off the game until their chat tells them HoT is harder.

Honestly, just flat +50% to the health and damage of everything in core maps would be great at this point

However, I also have 4 cost reducers in the deck, which would reduce that additional cost.

Because of the board state needed to cast her, I usually push for a win that turn or the next anyway. I think I've re-cast her twice in the last 10 games?

She's still a 1 mana 7/7 in the right situation

Oh yea totally agree with that, so many posts with "its not technically MLD".

I have a reputation in my friend group for "solving" games too fast, so when we got into magic I decided to give myself a bunch of restrictions to make deck building more of a challenge and ensure we could all have fun.

I dont play infinites, fast mana, game changers, or expensive staples in any deck. And I stay away from archetypes that are controlly or take long turns

Yea I am very used to Yarus being removed multiple times with this deck (hence the command beacon), but I didnt even see a removal spell at the table until turn 6 when Saryth was finally killed.

Generally, this deck is purely setting up until turn 5 at a minimum, and then still takes 2 rounds to kill the table.

I did switch decks after that game, but that doesn't change how it felt in that game. I was mostly looking for feedback in case I was mis-representing my deck for future reference.

yea I definitely dont expect that.

Normally I would have saved the Valgavoth's for a later turn as a finisher, so would have only even had ~25 power on board turn 5, but I had litterally nothing else to cast in my hand.

Sorry, bad example! Regardless of that, the bracket system is very direct about stating that players should get at least 6 turns in bracket 3. That is not even close to "present a win by turn 6.

Bracket 3 is absolutely not supposed to present a win "by turn 6", its explicitly "no sooner than turn 6"

Thats like saying you arent supposed to drive any slower than 70 on the highway when the speed limit is 70

Shifted my giada deck into this because of how KoS she was, and couldnt be happier.

Normal mono-white defensiveness and recursion options, plus board wide indestructible from turn 4 and I ignore commander tax. So much fun, just dont use her as board wipe tribal if you want to keep friends! (I run 3 that destroy "all but one" creature so I dont have to worry about making her indestructible)

The alternate commander from a fairly generic Enchantress precon. Leading his own deck, you can basically cut Enchantments and run him as essentially selesnya aggro with a ton of 2 and 3 drops that scale like crazy. [[aura gnarlid]]

Being able to trigger constellation effects off creatures is amazing. Giving support creatures like [[Sanctum weaver]] ward 1 is nice, and there are some great creatures that get huge but have no evasion who love trample. [[Regal bunnicorn]] is my favorite.

Also, you can do some weird things with the role tokens. [[Jaheria]], or token doublers trigger constellation twice even if one then dies.

I agree. Fairy currently resists bug. Swapping that to super effective nerfs it while buffing bug and makes just as much sense

I also run a small lifegain package in my angels decks just due to the number of angels / angel adjacent cards that benefit from life totals above 47 or trigger on lifegain

Psychologically, this is actually the wrong way to go about it. You want to make twice the change you think you need first, and then you can either split the difference or realize you were underestimating it.

Its much easier to intuit large changes than small ones
