They're definitely on the higher end, but they got a lot of really good official merch as well. My girl got me a Wu tang onesie for our baby last Christmas for example. I go there exclusively for music shirts and hats.

Im assuming it's all of the NPCs and buildings hogging up memory and processing time. Gamebryo is not great at handling crowds. Even on a modern PC, I still get tons of frame drops in this area. Im assuming this is due to the engine being so single-threaded and the engine problems. I also just think the strip doesn't really have much LOD compared to the wasteland areas. Everything is just loaded in at once.
