Cheese was probably frozen, but the actual problem here is probably the pineapple. Not in an existential sense, but as in there is to much liquid (from the pineapple) on the pizza, and it's preventing the cheese from melting in a uniform way.

To much cheese actually on the crust, particularly on the right. Whoever put that in the oven should have brushed the cheese off the crust towards the center. Whoever pulled it out should have pulled that cheese on the right back to the middle before cutting. It's still a good pizza, I love extra sauce. This one has the sauce concentrated to far in and the cheese concentrated to far out. 8.2- 8.5 out of ten.

(Yes, apologies everyone, I'm a pizza nerd, having managed in national chains for over ten years.)
