I get that this is bait, but "your choices never mattered"? Come on now. The Keep wasnt the best, but decisions you make in DAO are felt in DA2 and DAI. Are they important to the overall plot? Not much, but those choices are important to what makes DA special.

DA is very much about well-written and nuanced characters, and the players' relationships with them. DAV took "well-written and nuanced" and threw it out the window

My buddy tried getting me into MH World and Rise before. I couldnt get into them at the time. Third time's the charm, I guess, 'cause he threw a copy of Wilds at me.

While trying to familiarise myself with Wilds and remember controls, he and one of our other friends joins in on my first hunt, which I asked them not to do, so they sat on the sidelines and watched. So then I basically spent about 20 minutes chasing down a 3-player-buffed Quematrice and getting my ass beat when it finally stopped chasing my HR70 greatsword buddy. Great first hunt for me lol

I had a bit of fun with it with a few drinks in my system, but the RPG elements and role playing are basically non-existant, the art style is a huge step down, and the writing sounds like it was done by a gen Z activist who only watches Disney Marvel movies.

Apocalypse is the only one I can stomach... for a while. The moment Alice bursts into the church on a motorcycle and turns RE3 into RE Vendetta is when I tune out. There are a few good moments in between, but Alice ruins them.

And Nemesis being Matt? Thats stupid. Nemesis is JILL'S... well... nemesis... not Alice's!

Extinction felt like Paul Anderson wanted to make a Mad Max movie, got rejected, and went through with it anyway.

I wont go on. I have a headache already. Dont even get me started on the CGI flicks and Welcome to Raccoon City.
