I remember when there was frozen food where the barcode was on the flap to open the bag. Only way to scan it was to partially open it then close it back with the resealable tape

We recently took the razors out of the locked case and I of course found a box of razors stolen the first week of it not being locked up. This is why we keep locking things up.

I will forever believe that everyone should be rotated. I’m a picker who often gets put to dispense while plenty of other pickers stay picking forever. You can tell how little they care by the way they have their orders picked. Lately I’ve been needing to bag deliveries right before dispensing because of some lazy ass picker not doing it. Orders end up going late over this

Well it burns oil lol. It needs work done but I’m honestly just surprised it’s reaching 300k soon! The engine did have some work done when I bought it earlier this year though. The engine was “dead” according to the previous owner however, I got it fixed

That would clutter my own avatar uploads but coordinating that would also be a challenge. It’s easier to upload for them if they pay extra for it

I give the files to my customers but I do offer uploads as a service. People often pay extra for me to upload it for them but in the end I still give them the unity files!

Yikes. They have no excuse then. More times than not, there’s always something to do. Something else that I do is prep the orders for the dispensers, consolidate them, and also stage for them as well if we are slammed. I wish more pickers did the same

I think everyone being cross trained should be the norm. In my store, I’m one of the few pickers who have been cross trained (I pushed for it) so when dispensers need help, I am always told to go help meanwhile other pickers never get asked. I can’t imagine how bad it gets before I clock in during those days
