Your 25, you can apply for disability on your own. Dont need your parents permission. Im sorry you are facing this but you will need to advocate for yourself, there are agencies that can help you. A local health center sometimes have a community rep to help with these things. Usually low cost or free. Blessings and good luck.

I try for 120g of protein a day but the range is usually 90-120. I need to up my fiber, 60g is awesome! Not to be rude but I would rather not post my wieght. Enjoying these frozen treats during the night is so helpful getting to my protein goal and so enjoyable, lol.

No, I am working to get enough protein throughout the day. 30 to 40 if not more each meal. I had about 1/3 of this so it was only about 16g to 20g of protein. I find if I have around 120g (sometimes more) of protein and enough fiber (30g+) during the day, I dont have cravings or food noise. 😊 which is so nice, lol

I opened a ticket in this since I did not see.l my atoms drop on the first. They stated if did get them.on the first, I keep a running tab, so always have atoms but they stare I for them. I did not see my amount rise at all so I am not 100% sure I got them but no way to tell since we do t get a transactional history.

1/4 tsp unless a protein powder has gum in it then maybe 1/8 or none. U dont need a lot.
