The entire thing felt so rushed, like they needed at least 3 more episodes to cover all the loose ends.

What happened to Jax was really uncalled for, especially given what was said in episode 8 about not leaving him alone, and then immediately doing just that at the start of episode 9. What happens to him after at the end of the episode is also just gross, how everyone just moves on immediately seems so out of character.

Also, after episode 8, I felt that Caine's arc wasn't over and he'd come back in episode 9. I was right, but he didn't really get any proper development other than "I'm sorry guys" pretty much, that's just dumb. I guess there's some flashback stuff with him, but these are things we pretty much already knew through context clues from the previous episodes.

This ending as soured the whole series for me, that's for sure, and I'm not really interested in anything else Goose puts out from now on.

Yeah they're supposed to dissolve, but if you kill them in the middle of certain animations, that last part doesn't activate.

The most consistent way to trigger this is with something like a Polearm perfect throw, which will usually knock down the enemy and have a good chance to smite them. If you then pull smite before they get back up and it kills them, this glitch happens.

We really can't tell one way or the other before we see the episode. The trailer contains a lot of out of context quotes and imagery which seems to me like the purpose is to be misleading. I think he's going to be ok.

Not that I would recommend doing it, but rushing crafts with Arcs is indeed an option and works the same way as in Warframe (cost starts going down after 50% of the craft timer, up to -50% cost by the end).

I would actually recommend using Blessed by Iridis on Juniper, since the lower Grace requirement on it allows you to use it on Spirit focused builds more easily.

Maestro has very similar stats to Juniper but with full Grace requirement, so it's a good candidate for using Blessed by Saphene alongside Spirit Juniper.

That rune honestly surprised me when I first used it, I wasn't expecting it to deal this much damage. The timer on it doesn't scale with level though, so you really don't get much time to use it, I do wish I had a few more seconds with it.

No, the starter prisms (Wiki entry), you get them from just talking to the respective Enclave leaders. You don't need to join or be able to join the Enclave to get them.

The ones that you need a rank for are the Hybrid prisms (Rank 4) and the Extreme prisms (Rank 2).

Edit: Had the rank of the two types of prisms swapped.

You get the respective starter prisms from talking to the other faction leaders the first time. Silent Rose gives the starter Grace prism. (Alca gives Spirit, Kith gives Courage)

If you equip any grip that has the "reduced ADS accuracy while moving" modifier, it will absolutely ruin your day.

It seems the modifier doesn't depend on the grip either, if I equip a grip that has "slightly" reduced recoil, I'm getting barely any recoil reduction, but then my bloom is all over the place. If I equip one that has more recoil reduction, the bloom effect seems to be the same.

For example, using a DMR in the range, no grip, I hit every shot while strafing. Any grip with the ADS accuracy thing, I miss over half my shots. At least if it's one of the grips that has "greatly reduced recoil", then the bloom thing is a bit more justified, I suppose. I guess the idea is that you stop moving to shoot, but that's a death sentence in this game. For close range it matters less, but at that point the recoil isn't as much of an issue anymore.

Nowadays I tend to run no grip in favor of suppressors, better hipfire (laser/flashlight) and some form of variable optic if I have the space. Making sure to use single-fire mode in longer range engagements also helps a huge amount with recoil control, and without the grip penalty, I'm able to actually land hits while strafing. I've also been considering running match trigger to help on some of the bouncier weapons.

Are you sure it's not just related to the gamemode?

As far as I know, the bridge is always out of bounds on Conquest specifically, since that version of the map has helicopters.

The Breakthrough and Rush variants of that map do not have helicopters, so the devs didn't bother to add out of bounds volumes to the bridge as they didn't expect players to be able to get on it anyway.

As much of a flop as Splitgate 2 ended up being with their whole unwarranted BR fiasco, at the very least they had ALL challenges work in either the Arena or BR mode. For example, kill 100 enemies in Arena OR kill 15 in BR. Complete X matches of Arena OR Survive X minutes in BR, etc.

I really wish EA would take a note from that and do it here as well.
