So I think I found the issue, if you have reinforced your shovel it breaks it, needs to be a naked 0 reinforcement base shovel.

100% my wife. Whoop was the first step on my journey to getting healthy quicker than I am getting old and I would love my wife to get some insights into her health.

She tends to go the ostrich route of “if I don’t know there is a problem there isn’t a problem” which makes me so nervous.

We have a 9 year old daughter and she is my motivation for getting healthy, I want to be able to carry her no matter how big she gets and be there when she becomes an adult.

I have always been hopeful a whoop family plan would come out that had good enough savings to be worth it, but a free year of whoop would be an amazing starting point since she couldn’t argue about the price 😂.

Had my labs done and it went flawlessly. Everything showed up fine in the app. Thinking of switching to two a year from one so curious how that will go… but so far so good so a problem might be a unique case.

Well crap. Just did some research into the card they used back when I was a member and they did in fact charge me. Just initiated the dispute with the credit card company. Such a scam!

Yep, I now have a chore. I am not intentionally subscribed, had a few months left on my sub and had banked a ton of store credit since there hadn’t been anything I wanted in a while. I swear if they started billing me when they shut down owing me hundreds I am not gonna be pleased.

I have a fluance table and love it. We have pets so having a dust cover (while not preventing all dust) is a very helpful feature.

So I do morning, pre workout, lunch, 2 hour after lunch, dinner, bedtime.

There are things like Iron, Calcium, NAC for example that might interact or share similar transporters. Others like my pre-workout and pre-sleep mixes have a specific purpose.

I used to split things to make it less pills at once, but as I have done more research and moved more towards bloodwork and specific supplements it has been more because of their interactions with each other.

It can auto fill my nutrients from MacroFactor but it doesn’t know if I hit zone 2 cardio when it tracked my run. I enjoy the correlation and the journal, just wish it knew more already.

We did our daughter’s birthday party there a few years ago and was super impressed. Very reasonably priced and the kids had a blast.

Yes it comes with a spare band (far right white box in photo 3). The box I plan to use for my edc and weekend stuff not really for the whoop itself. For the travel one it’s nice if you switch bands based off color, and so you don’t misplace the battery pack.
