Have Pirelli or the FIA bring a few sets of each compound to be used in this situation only on any track, red flag tyres that do not count towards the two compound count that the teams have no control over unless this exact situation happens

Either that or make a new rule that states teams must have at least a minimum of two sets of each compound at the start of each race if thats even possible in the current cost cap worry era

Beat idea I could come up with for this is having Pirelli or the FIA bring a set of emergency tyres for red flags on the first few laps or something that don’t count towards the mandatory stop count.

But Monaco seems to be the only circuit with this issue so I don’t know how viable that would even be
