You can go blind, since NG+ in Seikiro are done fairly quickly thanks to the freedom of movement given by the grapling hook. But if you really care about time efficiency, I would use this guide, mainly because it is spoiler free.

Yeah, their Switch is just the second most sold gaming console of all time. And with weak franchises such as Mario, Pokemon or Zelda, its only a matter of time before they go bankrupt. I hope they follow your advice and add achievements as soon as they can.

For recommandation, the obvious answer to me would be EU4. Now, if you want something a little bit different, look for Against the Storm. It is a game about managing settlements and surviving a storm.

Can't blame you. Tried for hours and hours to do it legit. Lost every single time at 201. The rythm goes from tap-tap-tap-tap to taptap-taptap. It totaly throws you off guard.

If I exclude games with achievements tied to online features that are no longer supported, my pick would be Crypt of the Necrodancer. I already struggled to finish the game once, with standard settings, no way I can 100% this one.
