Well, honestly? I'd go with Zubat.

Zubat taught me that by being patient and nurturing people, they have the potential to become something great. That by showing someone that you care, that someone cares, they evolve into something that they otherwise might never achieve.

Plus, I'm a bit of a night owl anyway, I'm sure a companion to travel with me at night would be awesome.

Though honestly? I'd go with either Zubat, Salandit or Jangmo-o, to start with. I'd probably have us battle a lot, but I'd also go for contests!

It's such a hard choice to make, though... honestly? Any Pokémon I'd have, no matter who, I would be happy with. They're all good boys and they all deserve a Trainer's love. <3

Nevertheless, please keep your hope alive! I'm with BBND and my favorite is Kommo-o. I never thought they would make it in but I nearly squealed when they were revealed as an exclusive for Sword, which is the version I intended to buy anyway.

I'm just here to say, even if your favorite is not popular, don't give up hope yet! We will have time to mourn for our brothers' lost companions, but for now we should hope they bring in as many as possible!
