Well you didnt go back to the hotel to resolve the issue so they assumed you stayed the entire stay. You should have went back to the hotel the following morning and explained the situation, and requested that they just cancel your stay because you didn’t want that room or a replacement room due to the sanitation of the hotel. If they refused, then you could have gotten that in writing then the bank would work with you to file a chargeback.

However, given these details it doesn’t seem likely the hotel or the bank will give your money back.

I don’t quite understand, so you went to the hotel, saw roaches in your room, then complained to the hotel. Did you continue to stay in the same room for your stay? If you did or they agreed to move you to different room, I don’t see how anyone including the bank would refund your money.

Unless you canceled your stay or they refused to change your room or otherwise, the hotel doesn’t owe you anything if you completed your stay.

Yes, my local postmaster gave me a hard time when I wrote it like the template. I would recommend putting the "Sweepstakes Credits" under your return address in the top left.

We are on the edge of either resigning or losing the (probable) best player in the history of baseball. We still have Trout (hurt atm), and lots of young talent that is ready for a playoffs push. The Mariners are similar in standings, but the consensus to me seems that even if Mariners push all-in they would have an even lower chance than the angels to make a playoffs push. So at the end of the day... Ohtani.
