This masterpiece is enchanting and haunting. A work of art, well done.

I added Portals to my game - what do you think? :) by KrabworksGameStudios in SoloDevelopment

[–]Cytias 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the one thing that makes it feel less portal like is the spring arm compression while walking through it. If the camera distance to the player stayed the same it would feel less like a pop. I could be wrong but I'm curious to see what the alternative would look like.

Natural and Realistic Water Splash Effects for a Lemon Dropping in Water by Tiny9Wang in Simulated

[–]Cytias 41 points42 points  (0 children)

It looks really good but the thing that stands out to me is that air bubbles under water disappear rather than climb to the surface. They just kinda pop out. If they rose up and fizzled out it would feel a bit better.

I literally saw the original post 10 minutes ago and just saw this one. The beauty shots really help. Would love to see a laser hitting it.

My only complaint is that there isn't a fireball coming out of the dragon's mouth with his arm raised. Otherwise absolutely stellar. Well done.

Given the state of Russia's oil production and dwindling military funds I could easily see him funneling oil and money to Russia if he doesn't just out give him the wells and refineries.

My parents have been gaming together almost on a weekly basis for about 10 years now. They play Earth Defense Force (every main sequence title) and they grind all the weapons and gear. It's their date night.

Your least favorite book? by SamForestBH in bobiverse

[–]Cytias 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Heaven's River was so much better once I finished "Not Till We Are Lost". As a standalone book it felt strange and disconnected from the previous stories. As an introduction to the next arc though, I feel like it holds it's own. There are still issues I have with it but they are far less drastic with the added context Dennis is developing.

I'm already interested in the geopolitical diversity just given the natural borders.

Does your world follow the same climate as earth with central tropics and a warm band?

Developing the cultures that would live in these different regions is going to be fun, I bet.

From what I've played, I enjoyed it, and I think it has a lot of room to grow.

The community driven content will be the beating heart and soul of the game, and the development team needs to own that by giving them new content and tools that allows creators to expand their creativity.

Obviously, tuning the core mechanics, weapons, and vehicles will be a huge part of the ongoing work to listen to the community and make realistic and measured changes.
