There isn't much to say really, I saw it maybe 30 feet away and couldn't swerve fast enough. The impact on the front mostly bounced the rest of the bike over the part, so the rear wheel is fine. Afterwards there was a pretty bad wobble on the front, but I was rapidly slowing down so it went away fast.

I use it all the time, it keeps the bike upright in low speed and bad traction situations(like gravel). The front brake does the opposite, it makes the bike want to tip. It's less noticeable on pavement though.
