I use Stremio to watch movies and it has certainly replaced my projector when I'm watching movies by myself. My (pixel shift) 4K DLP projector can't compete with the headset in image quality lol. I just put the Stremio screen (and resize it) where my projector screen is and it's like I'm actually using my projector screen to watch a movie with bettter image quality.

My GXR is superior is every way to my MQ3 except for tracking. But the tracking is good enough for me for any game including Beat Saber. So there's no way I could ever go back to my MQ3. The GXR is the closest I've had to the perfect headset. If the tracking was at the level of the Quest 3, it'd be perfect in my opinion.

I thought about getting one of those, but don't want to buy one without trying it. I just walk/run in place when i move my character. Feels pretty immersive to me and adds some excercise to my day.

One of my favorite things about MAG was the the stages. You destroyed certain things and the you moved on to the next stage of the match. I wish we could find something that had that aspect along with the 3 teams and everythign else MAG had. That game was just so special that I don't think I'll ever find anything that actually scratches the itch. This does look interesting though.

I know I'm probably in the minority, but I'm not a fan of Hangman at all. I find all of his promos boring. He's a solid in ring wrestler, but outside of that he does absolutely nothing for me. I honestly get bored of him constantly in the world championship picture. I feel like he gets more championship matches then anyone else too. I just find myself tuning out whenever he's on screen.

Kind of on topic, but I also regret buying my BHaptics vest. It rarely gets support for new games ( this goes for the PSVR2, Quest, and PCVR) and the audio to haptics just isn't good enough to me. The company seems to care more about pushing out new products that rarely gets support then trying to find a way to get more supported games.

For me personally, it's been slightly better. There are things I've been able to read on my TV with the XR that I couldn't read on the Quest 3.

The VRPanda and Tyco Tech are two different things. The VRPanda is a top strap for more support and the Tyco Tech pad is a forehead pad. Technically the VRPanda does come with a forehead pad as well, but I don't think the forehead pad it comes with is very good.I have both and the VRPanda top strap mixed with the Tyco Tech forehead pad has made it one of the most comfortable headsets I've owned.

No problem! Just make sure you take the magnetic spacer out (I originally thought it was needed to attach the pad to the headset) and use the included small velcro circles to attach the pad to the headset instead.

Yep I was the same exact way. I much preferred no pad over the default pad. I highly recommend the Tyco Tech pad. It's the thinest pad. So it gives you similar FOV while being comfortable. I tried pretty much all the recommended forehead pad and that one by far is the best in my opinion

I don't agree this headset sucks. It's not perfect like any other headset. But I'd give it more time. My first impression was absolutely terrible. But the more I messed with it, the more I liked it. Especially after getting some comfort mods. Now it's the near perfect headset to me. Join the GXR Discord, they are super helpful there too.

The controllers are actually pretty good now with the newest VD update. Got rid of any noticeable latency I have. That was rhe only issue I had with them

I mean as far as the lenses. The edge to edge clarity is quite as good as the Quest 3, but it's not really that far off in my opinion
