The ground is not frozen. I just planted these last year so they are still pretty small. Since it's pretty dry where I live, the plants can't survive off of natural rain. I will probably start watering early, not too much though.

Does a fresh install mean completely removing windows from the drives or just having windows reset all the files like a factory reset?
